German's Sweet Chocolate Pie
Prep: 15 minutes Freeze 4 hours
1 Pkg. (40z.) Baker's German's Sweet Baking Chocolate
1/3 Cup milk, divided
4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
2 TBS. sugar
1 tub (8oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, Thawed
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (60z.)
Microwave chocolate and 2 TBS. of the milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Beat in cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk until well blended. Refrigerate about10 minutes to cool. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth. Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hrs. or until firm. Let stand at room temperature or in the refrigerator about 15 minutes until pie can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer

This is a favorite Thanksgiving Pie at our house. It is simple but tastes divine!
