Back It UP Sister!

My computer crashed. Really crashed. The hard drive is gone, well now I have a new one. However,
like an idiot I had not backed up a LOT of stuff. Pictures mainly. They are forever gone. Nothing could be retrieved from the hard drive. It's my fault I know that but, I am very very very etc. sad.  I am so mad at myself. I have been feeling a nagging about backing up our junk for a while now and yet I did nothing.
This stupid cartoon is the only picture I have in our computer.

Anyway if you need to back it up. BACK it UP!!!!
I am so upset I just can't even tell you.

Let's get off this subject.
I have been away on vacay. Lot's of family fun up at Bear Lake. Man, that thing is swampy this year.
The mosquito's are out of control too.
Our computer has been down.
Oh, and our computer has been down.
ARGH! I can't stop thinking about it.
Word to the wise back it up!!!!
I am going to go cry now.

P.S. I don't know why my signature Nana is so huge and I don't care.

That is awful.

Have you talked to a Data Recovery Service? My brother-in-law owns one & he swears he can get pretty much anything & everything off a failed hard drive.

And...that stinks! I've done that too (more than once!).

Oh, what a mess! So sorry about losing all your pictures! We had an external hard drive that crashed big time. I had all my kids missionary pictures on it along with scanned pictures, etc. I took it to a guy in Springville and he recovered all of it! It wasn't that expensive either.

Good luck to you.

I don't even know what that means "back it up", guess I better ask hubby.
Large signature....that's kinda funny, only because I can kinda relate as MY computer seems to have a mind of it's own lately as to spacing etc. Really irritating, and I have no idea how to fix it.
anyway, that would be super disappointing to loose your photos...I NEED to ask hubby how to "back it up"

Computers....I know just how you feel! We used to go to Big Bear all the time when we lived in Redlands. Brings back memories. How time flies!
I lost everything a couple of years ago and I still weep when I think about it.

Hang in there girl ♥

That happened to me ....twice....luckily my computer man was able to retreive the pics....but then the next year I got the evil eye and the same lecture my husband had given me...but he retreaved them for me anyway. I lost all documents and cussed over it, and I have the oldest back my stuff up now...in fact that reminds me....I need to do that now...

WHAT? Hasn't anyone ever told you to "Back that thang up!"?

I would cry. I am crying. For you. But mostly for me who won't ever get to see said pics.

Crying!

Had that happen to me too last year and lost all of my pictures. I tried to recover them but it recovered all kinds of stupid things from internet pages instead of MY pics. Now I back up online. Still wanna kick myself for not backing up before it crashed on me though.
