Chile Verde

This is another favorite with my family. Who am I kidding I'm not going to put anything on here that is not a favorite, It is also a crock pot meal that cooks all day and makes the house smell sooo good.
1 T. oil
1 onion chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced
6 boneless pork loin chops
1 16 oz. jar Salsa Verde
1 7 0z. can diced green chile's
1 19 oz. can Green Enchilada Sauce
1 T. Chipotle chili pepper
1 t. cumin
salt and pepper
1 lime

Saute the onion, garlic and bell pepper in the oil, until softened. In crock pot add pork chops, then the sauteed onion mixture.
Then mix salsa Verde, green chile's, green enchilada sauce, cumin and chili powder, mix together and pour over pork chops and onion mixture.
Cook on high 5 - 6 hrs. if the pork is frozen, or 4-5 hrs. if pork is not frozen.
After pork is cooked, take out of sauce and shred then add back into sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Right before serving squeeze lime juice over the Chili Verde.
Serve with warm flour tortilla's, shredded cheese and sour cream.
